Use of Service

Accounts are provided to collision centers and may not be shared outside of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining accurate shop details and for complying with all applicable regulations when ordering parts.

Supplier Communications

MyPartScout automates outbound phone calls on your behalf. You authorize our platform to contact suppliers using the information provided and to record those interactions for quality assurance and quoting purposes.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accurate pricing and availability, MyPartScout is not liable for supplier delays or errors. Our platform is provided "as-is" without warranties beyond those required by law.
